Introduction

TestSheetReader Mobile is a free mobile application, specifically designed to help teachers score multiple-choice tests simply and effectively. Here is an introduction to this application:

Guidelines

Instructions for marking the exam on the phone

Step 1: Print the answersheet

Go to the website https://testsheetreader.com/ then select the answer sheet template or click the link below to download the answer sheet template. After printing, hand out ballots to students when taking exams or tests.

Step 2: Create a new mark class

Click on the [+] button on the home page to add a new exam period. On the page adding a new exam marking period, you select the form used to distribute to candidates. After choosing the template, enter parameters such as maximum score, rounding score, number of questions used, score for each question, then select Agree. The software will move to the management page of the newly created exam. This page has 4 tabs: Tests, Candidates, Tests and Results.

Step 3: Enter the keys

At the Exam tab, there are 4 input methods: Manual input, QR Code scanning, Excel input, and coloring sheet scanning.
+Manual input: You add each question code, enter the tick to select the correct answer, and the answer content with question, fill in the answer.
+Scan the QR code: Go to the website: https://testsheetreader.com then select the QR Code section to create a QR code for the answer. Then press the Scan QR code button to enter the answer.
+Import excel: You transfer the excel file to your phone, for example using Zalo, driver... then press the import excel button to select the file. You set the Excel input parameters correctly then press [v] to save the exam.
+Scan the fill sheet: Use the blank answer sheet, fill in the exam code and the answers, then Then press the Scan ticket button to enter

Step 4: Add candidates (optional)

At the Candidates tab, there are 4 input methods: Manual input, QR Code scanning, Excel input, selection from saved classes.
+Manual input: You add each candidate, enter full information then press the save button .
+Scan QR code: Go to the website: https://testsheetreader.com then select QR Code to create a QR code for the list. Then press the Scan QR code button to import candidates.
+Import excel: You transfer the excel file to your phone, for example using Zalo, driver... then press the import excel button to select the file. You set the excel import parameters correctly then press [v] to save the exam.
+Select from class: with the classes you have taken, you can save the list as 1 class, to import the class list In the new exam session, click the Select class button and then select the class to enter.

Step 5: Scan the papers

On the Papers tab, select the camera button to open the camera, move the phone so that the 4 rectangles on the camera contain 4 black points at the 4 corners of the answer sheet. When the four rectangles turn blue, the software automatically takes a photo of the test and scores it.

Step 6: Export results

On the Results tab you can view reports and statistics on exam results as well as save and share results via email, chat,...
